4. Payment Terms

• Influencers will be paid based on performance metrics defined in the campaign agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and logos on the Platform are owned by BrandRaise.io or licensed for use.

• Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability BrandRaise.io will not be held responsible for disputes between Influencers and Clients. Users agree to resolve conflicts independently or through proper legal channels.

7. Termination BrandRaise.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.
